Avocado, Pistachio & Blue Cheese Salad

I made this delicious salad for dinner last night and it was completely low carb.

Romaine Lettuce

1 Roma Tomato

1 Tbsp. Turkey Bacon Bits

1 Tbsp. Blue Cheese Crumbles

1/2 Avocado Sliced

1/2 Cucumber Sliced

1/2 Tbsp. Shelled Pistachio Nuts

Dressing of your choice
